I contacted Roof Werx and from the very beginning everything ran very smoothly. Brilliant customer service from Tom taking photos of the roof, explaining the full restoration, repointing ridges and collars, replacing damaged tiles, cleaning roof valleys and gutters of all debris, then painting roof with high quality paint. Then Lee was just fantastic, working extremely hard to get the massive job done over quite a few days, in between the unpredictable weather in November. The roof looks absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to friends and family.
